How to book?

For quick and easy booking, I’ve now set up a streamlined booking link - just head to the site menu above under 'Book' to get started.
In just a few clicks, you can select your preferred package, choose your date and time, sign your contract, and pay your 25% deposit.
It’s a simple and secure way to lock in your perfect photoshoot without any hassle!
Once your booking is complete, steps 2 and 3 below will guide you through the next part of the process.

Enquire & Secure Your Date
Start by sending me an enquiry with your preferred date. I aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving your message.
We’ll have a relaxed chat about the details - what you’re looking for, potential locations, and timing - so we can finalise a date that works perfectly for you.
Once you’re happy to move forward, I’ll collect a few simple details from you to prepare your contract and invoice. Once the contract is signed, you’ll have one week to pay your 25% deposit to officially secure your booking and lock in your date.
From there, you can sit back, relax, and start looking forward to your shoot - knowing everything is all set and taken care of!
The Shoot Day (Or Just Before!)
We're just a day or two away from your shoot - how exciting!
A day or two before your shoot, I’ll check the weather (if we’re shooting outdoors). If rain looks likely, we’ll reschedule to the nearest available date that works for you.
On the day, my focus is helping you feel relaxed and like your natural self. I’ll guide you gently, aiming to capture genuine, candid moments - lots of connection, laughter, and love. You might glance at the camera once or twice, but mostly, it’s all about being present with each other.
After your shoot, your edited gallery will be with you within 4 weeks of your session date.
Gallery Delivery
After your session, and a little patience, your professionally edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery.
This is one of my most adored parts - I love hearing your thoughts and finding out which images speak to you most! You’ll be able to download and share your favourite photos instantly with family and friends.
Can’t narrow it down? No problem - there’s the option to upgrade and receive your full gallery.
You'll also have access to a secure online store (available on request), where you can purchase prints, canvases, or albums. Browse from home at your own pace, choose your favourites in any format and quantity, and have them delivered straight to your door - turning memories into lasting keepsakes.

PRINTS
Once you’ve received your photos, you can easily order prints straight from your personalised online gallery - it’s super simple!
Just head to the gallery’s store to browse through your images and pick the ones that really capture the magic of your shoot.
Whether you want just a few favourites or a full collection, it’s completely up to you.
When you’re ready, pop your selections into the basket, fill in your details, and place your order.
Everything will be processed and shipped directly to your door.
All prints are created by Loxley Colour, a trusted UK lab, and usually arrive within 5–7 working days - so you won’t have to wait long to hold those memories in your hands!

What Happens Next?
First, I’ll send over the contract & deposit invoice to secure the booking - but don’t worry, we won’t lock in a date just yet.
When you’re ready to give your gift, just let me know! I’ll then ask you to casually find out when your recipient might be free - whether that’s a certain month or some preferred days. There’s always a bit of flexibility to make it work.
The remaining balance is due a week before the shoot so plenty of time to get everything sorted!
